There are many homes and lots for sale within the Town of Kremmling. For the most part there are no covenants within town limits, however, one must abide by town zoning and set back regulations. The Town of Kremmling offers homes that range in price from the low $100’s up to the low $300’s. All homes within the Town of Kremmling are are on city water and sewer. Copper Creek is 15 miles southeast of Kremmling. Go south on Highway 9 about 1 mile and turn left on County Road 33. Continue on County Road 33 and follow this road around the Williams Fork Reservoir until you reach County Road 37, go right. Electricity is available, homes use household and domestic use wells, and septic systems. Lots vary in size from 6 acres to 40. There are 47 homesites in Copper Creek.
Corral Creek is located east on Highway 40 approximately 10 miles and go right on Grand County Road 21. 35-40 acres parcels range in price from $110,000- $250,000 with limited availability. Homes are on domestic wells and septic systems.

Gorewood is located 16 miles west of Kremmling. Take Highway 40 west about 2 miles and turn left on County Road 14. At the three way fork in the road take the most left fork to the entrance of Gorewood. The subdivision has limited access in the winter and is located behind a locked gate. The subdivision is surrounded by Grand River Ranch and offers heavy trees and views with very limited availability. There are 36 homesites in Gorewood. Homes are on household wells and septic systems.
Rabbit Ears Village is located west of Kremmling. Go approximately 26 miles west on Highway 40, or 1 mile south of the summit of Muddy Pass (where state Highway 14 intersects US Highway 40.) Rabbit Ears Village is on the east side and has a gated entryway. Lots are 2.5 acres to 7.5 acres with prices ranging from $30,000 to $70,000. Currently there is no winter access unless private individuals do their own plowing.

Cliffview Estates will be Kremmling's newest subdivision, located in town on Kinsey between 3rd and 5th and backing up to Muddy Creek. In total there will be 49 quarter acre lots. Buyers will be able to choose from up to 5 home choices with many options to chose from such as basements, garages and square footage. At this time, it is not certain when development will start in Cliffview Estates.
