Rabbit Ears Village
Rabbit Ears Village is located west of Kremmling. Go approximately 26 miles west on Hwy 40, or 1 mile south of the summit of Muddy Pass (where state Hwy 14 intersects US Hwy 40.) Rabbit Ears Village is on the east side and has a gated entryway. Lots are 2.5 acres to 7.5 acres with prices ranging from $30,000 to $70,000. Currently there is no winter access unless private individuals do their own plowing.
