Cliffview Estates will be Kremmling's newest subdivision, located in town on Kinsey between 3rd and 5th and backing up to Muddy Creek. In total there will be 49 quarter acre lots. Buyers will be able to choose from up to 5 home choices with many options to chose from such as basements, garages and square footage.
