Blue Valley Acres
Blue Valley Acres is located 12 miles south of Kremmling off Hwy 9. Blue Valley Acres consists of two sections, the first with 5+ acre homesites that operate on their own wells and septic systems, and the second with 1+ acre homesites which have a community spring-fed water system, and their own septic systems. There are 258 homesites in all of Blue Valley Acres. The subdivision has private fishing rights on the Blue River, and is located 4 miles north of Green Mountain Reservoir. Blue Valley Acres is only a 30 minute drive to Summit County, so it is a nice option for those working in the Summit County area.
