Selling your property is a big decision and choosing the right real estate agent is essential. My philosophy is that my job is to help you expose your property to as many potential buyers as possible. I do this by aggressively advertising your property on the web and in print. I most always do a full page advertisement in both Mountain Homes Illustrated and Grand County Real Estate Guide, which is distributed widely and often in the high country.

EXPERIENCE
Omni Real Estate comprises of over 70 agents with offices in Kremmling, Dillon, Breckenridge, Frisco, Summit Cove and Alma. Anne Marie Ohly, the owner and managing broker of Omni Real Estate has been a licensed Realtor since 1981. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2004. I am a member of both the Grand and Summit County Board Realtors, with marketing access to over 900 Realtors.

COMMITMENT
To do an even better job for my clients and to stay ahead in a very competitive field, I continue to attend real estate seminars and classes. In 2007 I was awarded 1st most transactions company wide, 3rd top producer company wide (Omni Real Estate consists of over 70+ agents) and an award for surpassing $6.8 million in gross sales. I am also a volunteer member of the Grand County Board of Realtors MLS committee.
